The 2013 Vermont Witch Camp promises to spring forth with magick, transformation and fun, as we build on the innovations of last year's camp. Once again we are inviting all campers to propose and facilitate rituals throughout the week, a format well-received and executed last August. To further support all campers, we are putting a Ritual Team in place to help coordinate the creation and timing of camper-led rituals and to plan some of the evening all-camp rituals.
Camp organizers are also happy to hold the line on registration fees, including the $50 decrease in adult registration fees instituted last year. And as always, we are offering a generous scholarship program for those who need it. We know that many people are struggling during these times of economic instability, making camp more important than ever because of these challenges.
Vermont Witch Camp is able to offer affordable fees for three reasons. First, our host, Farm and Wilderness, has a long-standing relationship with our group and gives us an outstanding rate for the week. Second, we enjoy a surplus in the camp's finances achieved through careful expense management throughout the years. And, finally, many campers generously donate to the camp fund which helps keep it affordable so the entire camp community can benefit.
We again invite you to make a contribution to Vermont Witch Camp Fund. Your tax-deductible donation will help cover teacher and ritual team stipends, fund scholarships and support the overall continued profitability of the Vermont Witch Camp.
