Earth mother, Star mother
You who are called by a thousand names,
May all remember we are cells in your body and dance together…
~ Starhawk

We share this time in opening, stretching, empowering and transforming our community, the world and ourselves. This is a magical intensive, offering an opportunity to deepen personal connection to the sacred in all the realms. VWC is age inclusive! If your family is coming to camp and you have not been to VWC before please contact Nancy at 802-299-7068 (preferred) or 802-436-3451.

Reclaiming's core values are caring for the environment, permaculture, self-determination for all human beings, embracing diversity, supporting the values of peace, community and family, and participating in efforts to support social justice. We agree to abide by the Reclaiming Principles of
Unity and the Wiccan Rede (www.reclaiming.org).

Our camp is built on a beautiful wooded and very steep mountainside, with the lake at the bottom andthe ritual circle touching the bright stars. Dining hall, cabins and path sites are in between - everywhere you walk is either up or down. We regret that we are not wheelchair accessible. We will
work with you to make the physical challenges of the site less prohibitive.
Camp begins in late August when the Vermont weather is mercurial, cold nights, balmy days: anything is possible.

You have a choice of rustic cabin space or a site for your tent. Camp is hosted by Farm and Wilderness, a Quaker camp founded on earth friendly principles. There is a composting septic system with no flush toilets. Showers are open-air platforms in the woods, as well as one enclosed area with slightly more privacy.

Delicious meals are served three times a day; primarily vegetarian, with vegan options, and animal protein is served several times during the week. Much of the food is organically grown and raised by the staff of Farm and Wilderness. We strive to offer the best quality food with loving intention,
however we cannot be sure we will be able to meet everyone's specific dietary preferences. Limited storage and kitchen space is available for those who need to prepare food they have brought for these dietary concerns.

Come join us around the campfire this summer as we explore the Elements.
