Financial Assistance

Work Exchange - WITCH HELP WANTED!

Work exchange positions are available to offset part of your camp tuition. We value cooperative efforts to support the VWC Community. To keep camp affordable, we look within our talented community of campers to fill jobs including kitchen/dining room preparation and clean-up, special needs coordination, shuttle driving, and overseeing a general camp cleanup.

Qualifications: Energy, creativity, commitment, flexibility. No prior experience required! First time campers and long-term campers encouraged to apply!

Compensation: Besides the fun (!) of working with the organizers and staff and the opportunity to learn more about the "behind the scenes" magic that makes VWC a reality, each position also pays $100-$250.

Scholarships

Some scholarships are available and are awarded based on requests, balanced with our budget. Consider your needs for financial assistance with the understanding that funds are limited. We strive to offer some assistance to all those who require it. Some preference is given to first time campers and young adults (under 23).

Canadian Exchange

In an effort to make camp affordable to all - including our neighbors North of the Border - we offer camp rates to Canadians at par.

Fundraising

Much of our money for financial assistance comes from individual donations and various fundraisers. All vendors all agree to give 10% of their sales to the scholarship fund. In addition, each vendor donates at least one item to the VWC Raffle.

We welcome and encourage contributions to this fund which make camp affordable for a diverse community. Have an idea or want to donate? contact us at Information@vermontwitchcamp.net

VWC Raffle

Fabulous Prizes!

Each year, campers, organizers, artists, artisans and witches of all kinds donate items to be raffled off during Vermont Witchcamp. Funds raised by the raffle support scholarships that assist folks with the registration fee. We welcome all witchy, healing, magical, organic, earth friendly, creative items.

In previous years, donations (prizes) have included jewelry, art, pottery, weaving, cards, magical implements, ritual wear, organic edibles, home brewed potions, amulets, books, mugs, divination tools, magical toys for kids, and healing services.

Be sure to buy lots of tickets. You can’t win if you don’t play!

Camp T-shirts

Each year there is a truly inspired t-shirt available with a design reflecting the theme of the year. All proceeds from the sales of t-shirts goes directly to the scholarship fund. T-shirts are made available on a sliding fee scale.
